			<description><![CDATA[<p>Thanks for suggestion, I have been moving windows using ALT+ left clik, but did not know about ALT + Righ Click...<br />So this solves the problem for me, however, I am wondering why windows can&#039;t be resized streight from top? I sounds to me no natural that windows should be resizble from all sides.</p>]]></description>
