			<description><![CDATA[<p>&gt; 1) How to I add a program to the panel like the default firefox. In ubuntu I could just drag and drop.</p><p>Right-click over the panel and choose &quot;Add New Item&quot;.</p><p>&gt; 2) have a text icon on desktop called commands so I can open and add new things to it.
