			<title><![CDATA[Is there a way to lock down the desktop menu]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I would like to prevent users from being able to create their own desktop menu.&#160; The kiosk mode does not seem to have an option for this.&#160; What I want exactly is for any user&#039;s menu.xml file to be ignored in favor of the system one in /etc/xdg/xfce4/desktop/menu.xml.</p>]]></description>
