			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi folks,</p><p>How to custom &quot;panel&quot; so that on shrinking an application it becomes icon on it.&#160; Therefore on clicking the icon it&#039;ll restore the application on desktop for reading/editing.</p><p>Now shrinking an application it gone somewhere.&#160; I can&#039;t restore it.&#160; Occasionally it&#039;ll come back on turning the mouse wheel.</p><p>TIA</p><p>B.R.<br />satimis</p>]]></description>
