Ok mate I agree with that

But I would not call a distro crapy cause of that

Anyways the problem is solved, the solution is posted, so maybe someone else can benefit from it.

Hello

I'm new to XFCE

I have installed xcfe 4.2 on my gentoo system and then I have upgrade it to xfce 4.4.0
The problems I have now are the following:
1. When I go to the xcfe settings manager and choose File Manager I get the following error
Failed to open the File Manager Preferences
Either Xfce File Manager was not built with support
for D-BUS, or the D-BUS service was not installed properly

2. When I choose for Xfce to manage my desktop I get not colors on the desktop neither a picture

I have reinstalled the dbus package on my system, and still have no success

Does anybody know how to solve this issue ?
