Anyway, if you do, right click the panel > Add new item > Drag a launcher to the panel > Close dialog > Right click new launcher > Properties > Start the xfce4-appfinder > Drag the app to the launcher dialog and voila.

Is there any easy way to find the commands for any of the applications?
