I made couple of buttons for controlling xmms playback from the panel without having to focus the xmms main window.
Those are just simple launchers with xmms -b, xmms -t and xmms -f, respectively.

Now I want the tooltip of certain button to display the current song.
I made a shell script (using program qxmms) to fetch the current track data and to change the ~/.config/xfce4/panel/launcher-<launcher id>.rc file at song change.
But I'm not getting any results. It seems that, whenever you close the GUI for configuring a certain launcher, that launcher gets reloaded.
How do I make my, manually changed .rc file to get reloaded to panel without having to restart the panel?

-M-
