			<title><![CDATA[Setting window sizes]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have my panels at the bottom of my window and unhidden so that they are always viewable/accessible from any desktop.</p><p>How the heck do I get opening windows e.g. browser, email client etc, to sit &quot;above&quot; the panels at the bottom? At the moment they reach down behind the panels and I have to resize them manually to get them to fit above them.</p><p>There doesn&#039;t appear to be a &quot;remember position&quot; option anywhere that I can see.</p><p>I&#039;m sure there&#039;s a simple way to do this.</p>]]></description>
