OK bug report filed.

Now have pb less obvious to solve. I was trying different desktop themes, with a bunch of apps open: firefox, thunderbird, skype, openoffice, gimp, mplayer... upon switching to a theme near top of the list (sorry I don't remember which) I lost the desktop entirely. Even reboot doesn't fully restore the situation in that I no longer have panels.

Is there a simple solution?

OJ

Dear XFCE team, a little glich:

When I have a programme window in "stick" mode across multiple desktops and I invoke the display of workspaces using the middle mous button, pointing to one of the sticky entries on the workspace display results in loss of the XFCE desktop.

I have to enter Xfce Settings Manager - desktop - and tick allow Xfce to manage desktop to restore the desktop.

OJ
