Yes, Hezy, I think I'll stay with Fedora, especially since they were thoughtful enough to include a XFCE spin with the release. I have Debian on a plug, and have a little used machine with Gentoo, so I'm not totally monogamous. Thanks for the welcome.

jackdoll, cool to have you here. Xfce attracts many newcomers these days, and it's interesting to hear your thoughts about it. Do you still use Fedora?

As a long-time Fedora+Gnome user (started before Fedora did numbers), I was saddened that Gnome designed me and my hardware out. XFCE has turned the exile into an adventure, and it's great to be a newbee again at 70yrs. Thanks.
