			<title><![CDATA[Using Theme/gtk-2.0/gtkrc]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I cannot for the life of me understand how to get a theme to actually use its GTK definitions. Just before posting this I tried to clone the Kiwi theme (which came with xubuntu 11.04), then changed every bg definition to &quot;#5fff57&quot; to no effect.
