			<description><![CDATA[<p>Okay, Jim.&#160; There does seem to be some differences.&#160; I&#039;m using the latest XFCE on Xubuntu 11.10.&#160; The only other suggestion I have is to make sure you&#039;ve enabled compositing in window manager tweaks in xf window manager.&#160; That allows panel transparency for me.&#160; Sounds like you have it enabled, though.</p>]]></description>
