I'm a new user to xfce4 and must say it looks and runs very well. I haven't tried it for some years but now using it as my main environment with Salix OS.

I've been using linux mostly with Gnome 2 and now thinking on using xfce4 since Gnome is going in a new direction. At the moment my current hardware doesn't support G3 to its fullest.
