Just finishing installing and initial tinkering of XFCE 4.8 and really felt the need to say hello and thank you.

I'm a happy gentoo user, and was a happy gnome user until recently.  I've tried XFCE before but never stuck with it over gnome2.x but I am very impressed by 4.8 - its a seriously class act
I would mention any problems but I have none, great out the box/complier experience.  It also feels much snappier, in regards to the wm (moving/resizing windows) and the applications menu.
I was easily able to configure things to my personal likings.  Its. Just. Perfect.

There is more I would like to say but thats enough.
