I haven`t found any solution yet, so if anyone knows how to solve this issue, please share the knowledge with me.
I am using Arch Linux ( the problem occurs in any other distro I tried ) ,and before anyone makes fun of me using compiz... i don`t want use it but i`m forced because compiz fixes my video tearing issue.
