I really like xfce and xfwm4, but I am wondering if it's possible to tweak a setting somewhere so as to *not* grey out the icons of minimized windows when I alt-tab?

I saw some previous discussion of the issue here:
http://mail.xfce.org/pipermail/xfce/200 … 25838.html

It seemed like maybe this would become an option. Did this happen? For me, greying out the icons doesn't work well, because I often use "show desktop" to minimize everything, and it doesn't mean I'm not working with those windows anymore. And they're a little harder to quickly spot when greyed out.
