Ctrl+Alt+F1</p><p>2. root</p><p>Password:</p><p>3. Now what is the command line I need write to halt GUI in Xfce?</p><p>4. aptitude update</p><p>5. aptitude safe-upgrade</p><p>The commando line to halt&#160; Gnome GUI is</p><p>/etc/init.d/gdm3 stop </p><p>May anyone help me?</p><p>Thank you in advance</p><p>Deusdara</p>]]></description>
