			<description><![CDATA[<p>If you have xfce4-notifyd installed then it would be there but Xubuntu may just be using some other notification daemon as its parent distro has this habit of reinventing the wheel, sometimes squarely.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hey there!</p><p>I just upgraded to 4.10 in Xubuntu, and I just realized that Notifications menú no longer exists in the preferences panel.</p><p>Is it a bug or has been removed? I can access it from elsewhere?</p><p>Thanks</p>]]></description>
