hello
I'm new to xfce4, and I like it very much so far.
I'm only in doubt on how to customize a few things:

1) I have "firefox" on my taskbar's laucher panel, but when I click it, it opens firefox but the panel never changes. Is there a way to, in case the program is open, it stops showing the pin icon? windows-style
2) I'd like to assign both ctrl-ESC and winkey to open the application menu (taskbar)
and finally
3) I'd like the application menu to open with an "execute" input in focus (again, windows-style)

is any of those possible?

thanks
