I found the entry in ~/.config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xsettings.xml
    <property name="IconSizes" type="empty"/>
    <property name="ToolbarIconSize" type="empty"/>
What value can I put into this to change the toolbar icons smaller?
