			<description><![CDATA[<p>Is there any way to persist preferences such as &#039;always on top&#039; or &#039;always on visible workspace&#039; so that they apply to newly created windows of the same type from the same application (as you can in WindowMaker)?&#160; A particular problem for me is Thunderbird/Lightning alarm dialogs that appear behind other windows and get missed.</p>]]></description>
