Hi all,

I've recently been trying various Linux distributions in a quest to find the one best suited for me. Naturally, I've been trying out different desktop environments and window managers too.

Among all of the distributions I've tried, there's been a persistent bug in XFCE on this particular laptop. For some strange reason, the middle portion of titlebars refuses to draw on active windows on nearly every theme I've installed. This limits me to using only very old included themes like Curve and Crux.

What's the cause behind this, and is there a fix?
