High cpu/freeze with xfdesktop-setting

Hello everyone. I detected a problem of high cpu and freeze when i try to open the Desk Setting from the desktop, i.e. by pressing the right mouse key > desktop settings. Instead, if I open the same settings from the main meu, everything goes well and nothing happens. Thanks in advance and I apologize for the bad English smile

The GTK3 port of xfdesktop is in early development and shouldn't really be used yet unless for development testing. I believe the port is only 50% complete.

Can you create another user account on your computer and try from that account? To try to rule out any specific configuration issue.

Thanks for explanation. When will it be available complete?

Now it seems that there is no longer the problem, everything works great. hmm Perhaps by eliminating something you created conflicts.

I don't know exactly. It is one of the major components left to be migrated for the next version, but there is no official release date as of yet.

So it's fixed now? It works fine on the original account?
