Review patch for libxfceui please

I've fixed https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12473 ! Ithink the patch worth merging. Maybe g_queue may be replaced with faster vector-like data structure.
BTW there is a bug in bugzilla (bugzilla theme). When I change Product in dropdown list, Component lsit is not updated.

I think that bug is a duplicate of this one, which has some history around it.

To request a review of the patch, you should probably send the request to the xfce4-dev mailing list.
