RGB phase difference (phase shift; phase offset)

Hi!

I need to tune the RGB phase difference in XFCE, as in the image. What is the best way to do this? In which configurations file are these settings?

This is outside of Xfce: we recommend the open-source DisplayCAL for fine RGB adjustment, but I don't know if it will do what you want. Binary Downloads on the site cover many popular Linux distros as well as Mac and Windows.
