A little proposal: raising the default font size of Terminal

Sorry for disturbing frequently because I'm a new user of Xfce big_smile
I am using a 15.6 inch screen with only 1366x768 resolution,
But I still think 9pt is too small, 10pt (which is the default fontsize of the Xfce GUI) or larger is more acceptable wink

Not sure I am understanding. Did you try right-click pm the the terminal screen > Preferences? On the Appearance tab the font can be adjusted.

OK, then how about changing the config file: /home/jb/.config/xfce4/terminal/terminalrc? I have this line in there:

FontName=Liberation Mono 11

If you turn on the line numbers, it should be around line 18.

The default value is / can be set by the distro. E.g. it appears Fedora sets it to 12. You could file a request with your distro.
