Does "Settings > Window Manager Tweaks > Accesibility > Hide title of windows when maximized" make any difference?

Also, Feh has these options:

-Z, --auto-zoom  Zoom pictures to screen size in fullscreen / fixed geometry mode.
-x, --borderless  Create borderless windows.

On mpv:

--border, --no-border
Play video with window border and decorations. Since this is on by default, use --no-border to disable the standard window decorations.

Mpv is totally customizable and keyboard friendly, don't be lazy! I don't even use mpv and it took me 30 seconds to find out you can increase/decrease volume with 9 and 0 (and mute with M).

Lazy AND rude, hey, you can do better! wink

Re: borderless pictureviewer and mediaplayer

thank you for replying

--no-border acually did what i needed but same problem i cant scale when no-border is on
and i dont know how to do commands while player is running to turn on border, scale it, then turn it off again..

the problem is that id prefer to not go to terminal every time i click a video write mpv --no-border filepath then write boarder scale window then write --no-border again then same process if i have to resize it, when it should just be a doubleclick and a window stretch

but i guess im asking to much from free programs

Doesn't alt+right click let you re-size? Works on most windows, the alt can be replaced by another key in Window Manager Tweaks - Accessibility.

Re: borderless pictureviewer and mediaplayer

Hey, don't give up, I'm sure you can make both programs do what you want!

But I'm not sure I fully understand your desired workflow, could you elaborate or reword it? I think tweaking the configuration file may do it:

You can put all of the options in configuration files which will be read every time mpv is run. The system-wide configuration file 'mpv.conf' is in your configuration directory (/etc/mpv), the user-specific one is ~/.mpv/config.

As I said, I'm not an mpv (or feh) user myself, so I'm kinda shooting in the dark here. Good luck!
