Nautilus always opened in ~, how to use %s ?

I messed up with Preferred Applications, and I wrote this command for files browser:
nautilus %s
The %s doesn't do the trick, and it always get into ~(home). Why is that?
Also, have I set those others OK:
Terminal: xfce4-terminal %s
Browser: firefox "%s"
