Anyone able to save sessions of LibreOffice in XFCE 4.10 ?

Is anyone having trouble saving sessions of LibreOffice applications?  I can't get XFCE 4.10 to save sessions of LibreOffice writer (which is the only LibreOffice application that I have used, so far.)   

I have this problem under Fedora Core 16

Window manager: xfwm4-4.10.0-1.fc16.x86_64

A perhaps related problem is that I cannot get XFCE 4.10 to automatically save session on logout by checking that option on
Applications Menu->Settings->Session And startup->General   I reported this as bug 8934 https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8934

The "Save session" button on ...Session and Startup->Session  will save sessions of Thunderbird email, Firefox, terminals, and the file browser.  It just won't save my LibreOffcie writer sessions.

Using yum, I installed 4.10 in Fedora Core 16 from a repository created by a Fedora user to be compatible with Fedora Core 16. http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/kevin/xfce-4.10/
