Enabling title bar on maximized windows.

Hi, I'm running Xubuntu 12.04 with Xfce 4.10. I'm in the process of setting up the desktop environment to my liking, but one thing that I can't figure out is how to keep title bars and minimize/maximize/close buttons on maximized windows.

Is there an option I'm overlooking that will enable me to retain the title bar and buttons on maximize?

I figured it out I had to specify a top margin of 25 pixels
