Network Folders in File Dialog Box

How can I display Network Folders in File Dialog Box?

They are present in Thunar but I can't get them to show in dialog boxes.

What distro/Xfce version are you using?
Which version of Thunar?

For me (Xfce 4.10, Thunar 1.6.3), mounted network shares are displayed in the left column of the File Open Dialog.
Example:

...mounted share circled.

I can also create a bookmark (from within the File Dialog) by dragging and dropping the root directory of the share into the bookmark area (note: I use autofs for mounting network shares).
Example:

...root directory of mounts circled. I drag and dropped it from the right pane to the bookmarks pane on the left.
