Problem After Upgrade Xfce 4.10

I did upgrade xfce 4.10 to 4.12 in xubuntu 14.10 32bit.
and the problem is:

1. when i change the icon theme, it will not fully changes. Why?

2. and when i run

   ./screenfetch-dev

   i feel strange whit the output:

i think it's bug. right?

Make sure the xfsettingsd process is running.

and when i run

i think it's bug. right?
