[SOLVED] Installing on BT2

[font=Verdana]I made the BT2 installation to my HD and it works very well.
My current WM is KDE. I want something lighter, not fluxbox plz i dont like it.

ok.. I want to install xfce and I get troubles in 'Building libxfce4util'

Distro/OS: BackTrack2

This looks like a compilation problem related to your distribution or your settings. The places where the errors occure are without any doubt bug free and not sensitive for normal problems like wrong dependencies or linking problems. Maybe you have some weird CFLAGS that prevent compiling of C code. You could try setting the CFLAGS to something normal before compiling.

export CFLAGS="-O2 -pipe"
./xfce-installer.run

INSTALLED WITH slapt-get --install xfce

but its not the latest version... the latest version comes with Slackware12

BackTack2 Distro = Slackware 11
