Remote Desktop Viewer doesn't like AWN

Hello all,

I noticed some unusual behaviour with my "Avant Window Navigator" (short "AWN") configuration. Everything works fine so far execpt the "Remote Desktop Viewer" (application called "vinagre", short "RDV"). I can configure AVM to place the icon within AWN and it show up like any other application.

But when I want to start this one it works only once. And I mean once. I close the RDV and afterwards it couldn't be started by the icon within AWN again. So does anyone of you know what I am missing here? Why can't I start vinagre again from the panel?

I can start it as often as I want by the second "normal" panel I got by xfce.

Any ideas or help is really appreciated. Thanks in advance folks.

ViiJay.

BTW: I am using XUBUNTU 8.04.1 (all actual updates)

Re: Remote Desktop Viewer doesn't like AWN

Well ...

I tried something else. I just took the full path for vinagre and added the "Launcher" with the command: /usr/sbin/vinagre.
Guess what! It still doesn't work out. I also tried with %u at the end but even this one doesn't work neither. The code for the launcher is like this and looks not unusual for me.

[Desktop Entry]
Encoding=UTF-8
Version=1.0
Type=Application
Terminal=false
Icon[en_US]=vinagre
Name[en_US]=Remote Desktop Viewer
Exec=/usr/bin/vinagre
Comment[en_US]=Access remote desktops
Name=Remote Desktop Viewer
Comment=Access remote desktops
Icon=vinagre

So any ideas?
