4.6.1 graphical installer - broken links

Hi, I want to download the gui installer for 4.6.1... but the 5 links on the main page are broken or don't have the files.

Is there an actual graphical installer for 4.6.1 ?   If not, is there any sort of time table ?    Thanks.

I've spoken with people outside of this forum, the issue has been fixed by removing the graphical installer section from the download page, since *no graphical installer for 4.6.1 exists*, yet.
