Splash Xfce

Greetings to all:
I have a question. Is it possible to make a splash for Xfce startup like KDE or Gnome? For example, the splash that contains icons as you loaded onto desktop environment light, or appear.

I would also like to know where the default themes in Xfce (Balou, mice, etc)

the idea is to make Xfce startup so fast that a splash screen is useless.... so time spend on creating beautiful splash themes is wasted...

I agree with you, but let's say that I am a user who has a computer with very good performance and I want something nice to start Xfce. Then ask, Can I do that I want? So, a nice boot splash
