Desktop items

Hello,
I have three problems:
1. Then i click right mouse key on desktop i only see this:

if i wanna create file i have click on document/folder and then i see option desktop http://utorrentz.projektas.lt/linux/Screenshot-1.png from here i can create files. I wanna just this option to right click mouse.

2. Cannot seletc on desktop more then one file with, on thunar it work's
http://utorrentz.projektas.lt/linux/Screenshot-2.png, but on desktop i have press ctrl and click on files with mouse.

3. In official xfce4 page says the latest version of thunar is 1.0.0, but for were no updates. Synaptic showing that i using latest version.

Hi man,

even if is often hard to understand you for a non english person (you know, you use your language like a slang ), it seems that about the first two questions, there's nothing wrong on it! It's normal, it's the xfce policy and its desktop management.. If you search the forum you'll easily find similar question..

Speaking of your third question, I must admit that I've not understand the problem: what version of thunar are you using? I'm using xfce 4.6.1 and my version of thunar is 1.0.1, but I've never updated something..

Hello

1.) You should get a Context Menu that looks like so with Desktop Icons enabled (file/launcher icons), this only works in 4.6 iirc.  You might have to goto Settings-> Desktop-> Icons and change the Icon type from "File/launcher icons" to "None" and then back to "File/launcher icons".

2.) as of 4.6, xfdesktop also supports "rubber band" selection

3.) the latest of Thunar official version is 1.0.1 as brain)(vision mentioned

For 1 and 2 it should like you just might be using Xfce 4.4?

Yeah, he's using 4.4 in debian stable. He should look into either upgrading to testing or unstable, or backporting 4.6 to stable, after fixing your apt priorities and adding testing/sid to your sources.list.
