Re: [Solved] Add additional entries to the XFCE menu

Thx, but LXMenuEditor needs java and I don't need and have java installed on my really very small thin client.
Knows anyone which file can be edit manually?

Re: [Solved] Add additional entries to the XFCE menu

cp /etc/xdg/menus/xfce-applications.menu ~/.config/menus/
and then edit it. Or edit the original file if you want system-wide changes (or put the edited file in /etc/skel/.config/menus so it's copied for new users).
For simple add/remove apps, better is just edit their desktop files. Editing menu is more for a global re-arrangement or re-defining categories.
