switch app windows when dragging?

hello, I would like to know if it is possible to switch app windows(in one desktop) by alt+tab when I am dragging files. For example, I usually like dragging files to the browser as attachment when I edit email letters, where browser window is maximized. So I tap alt+tab to move to thunar, drag files and tap alt+tap again in holding dragging files. If the answer is positive, could someone tell me how to achieve this please? Thanks.

As far as I know, it is impossible.

However, if you D&D the file to the Window Buttons, wait a bit for the window to be raised, you may get the same result you want.

I know that. That's why I said "in one desktop" windows.

So alternatively, I could to normalize the app windows size and drag

also, drag files to app label in panel works too.
