is xfapplet working now?

Hi, I saw that now mint xfce supports mintmenu via xfapplet  http://blog.linuxmint.com/?p=2077 and I just wonder if now I can install it in every distribution. (fedora for example)

Re: is xfapplet working now?

You would have to build it from source ( https://github.com/linuxmint/xfce4-xfapplet-plugin ) and have the MATE repo for Fedora so you install some applets for the MATE panel.
note that the README there on github is probably just the original file for xfapplet where they changed GNOME for MATE so the support thing etc. might not be accurate
