[Solved] Mixer plugin: Disable popup on volume change

Is this possible? Whenever I change the volume I get a big notification bubble in the upper right corner which stays there for about 8 seconds. On top of that I have small square popup on top of the mixer icon. In XFCE 4.6 I only had the smaller popup.

Im running XFCE 4.8.0.3 on Debian. The version number for xfce4-mixer is 4.8.0-2.

Re: [Solved] Mixer plugin: Disable popup on volume change

Solved by disabling xfce4-volumed in Settings->Session and Startup->Application Autostart, and then restarting.

Re: [Solved] Mixer plugin: Disable popup on volume change

Thanks! That worked great.

BTW, you don't have to restart XFCE to make it take effect. Just open Task Manager and kill the "XFCE Volume Daemon" task.
