editable accelerators

Hiya

I have Xubuntu 12.04 and 12.10, and have just discovered the possibility to create easily my own shortcuts (when "enable editable accelerators" is activated).

But unfortunately those shortcuts are lost/forgotten after shutting down the computer and booting up again.

Can anyone help?

PS: I'm especially interested in having a shortcut for "Move to Trash" a song in Rhythmbox.
