By the way, the themes in the rolling sides of the index page of this site are pretty too. Do you know how to get them? I just want to try them.

That theme is Greybird that can be found here. It may be already packaged in your distribution's repositories as greybird-theme or shimmer-themes.
The icon set in the link you provided looks like elementary-xfce. On the index page, it looks like Faenza.
