Hello guys, this is my first post on the forum so please don't beat me a lot.
I have problems with Docky and I am not sure if this is the right place to ask for help, but I will give it a try.
When I check the 3D view option of Docky I get some light "aura" sticking out from the dock (see Image 1).
After that when I move a window to hover the dock and activate the "Intellihide" effect I get a long light line covering the screen end-2-end. It is approximately 100px in height (see Image 2).
What do you think could cause this?
Thanks in advance for your help!

It probably would have helped if you'd mentioned that you're running Fedora. (For those of you who don't know, the "fc20" in the kernel version tells me that he's using Fedora 20.) Aside from that, is your graphics card nVidia and if it is, are you using nouveau, the binary blob from nVidia or the specially packaged Fedora version? I doubt that your graphics driver is a factor, but it's always good to check and make sure we're not overlooking something simple. If it does turn out to be that, I can point you in the right direction.

Any advice in this post is worth exactly what you paid for it.
Yes, sorry. I am running Fedora 20.
The *first* machine that I have this problem with has only integrated graphics card from the Intel i7-4790 CPU, and to be more precise - Intel® HD Graphics 4600. I also tried this distribution with the same kernel on a laptop with nVidia but had the same problem.
EDIT: I've just tried it on kernel version 3.11.10-301.fc20.x86_64 and the issue is gone! Any suggestions?

Yes: Since the issue went away when you switched to an older kernel, the bug must have been introduced at some point after it (maybe the one you had before, but it could have been one of the versions in between). Therefore, please file a bug report with whatever entity it is that maintains/governs the linux kernel. And thank you in advance for doing so.
Help stop people from breaking software, lol.
