Bountysource - funding Xfce

There is a project on bountysource.com to support Xfce development by funding the entire project or specific bugs. Read more about this in the Bountysource FAQ on how this works.

Re: Bountysource - funding Xfce

I like the idea. Maybe this the way to see some old bugs and requests carried out. However, I've one doubt. I've read in Bountysource that you pay and they hold the money until the issue is resolved, moment when the developer claims that money. However, What does it happen if no one solves the issue? I've seen that you can set an expiration time for quantities over $100. However, smaller quantities can be hold forever by Bountysource (and this is a lot of money in total). Am I right?

Great idea Nick. But still I think we should looking for sponsors like Blue Systems, Debian or others. Of course there are needed more active developers :-)

Re: Bountysource - funding Xfce

I've been reading this FAQ page: https://www.bountysource.com/faq . It gives me the impression that your money can be hold by them forever in case that the issue which you has funded is never solved. Am I right? If so, it's a shame, because the idea of Bountysource is really good.
