Which distro?
Which icon theme are you using?
Make sure you have the base icon sets installed. See: https://forum.xfce.org/viewtopic.php?id=8602.

Distro AgiliaLinux.
Package gnome-icon-theme-2.31.0 installed. Will not be seen only in some programs.

So, is the icon issue in your first screenshot solved?

The second issue might be related to that specific program and the fact that the icon file that it is asking for is not present on your system. What program is that, that you've got highlighted? Which icon is it asking for (look in it's .desktop file in /usr/share/applications for a line starting with "Icon=").

Both issues are related! The icons in the system have, xfce4 they can not display them.
The problem appeared after update xfce4.

Which icon theme have you selected?

Does it make a difference if you change the icon theme?

Also, make sure you have the latest version of the pixbufloader libraries installed. I'm not familiar with Slackware (I see that AgiliaLinux is based on Slackware), but the package would be called something like gdk-pixbuf2. If it is installed, then try running:

sudo gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders --update-cache

Thank you, the first problem is solved, the curve package gnome-icon-theme not carried gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders --update-cache.

There remained the problem with menu:

Have found a bug. if in /usr/share/applications/*.desktop parameter Icon specified extension .png icon is not displayed.
