Re: Where tray icon for copying files is stored?

It looks like it uses "stock_folder-copy". For the elementary icon theme, this file is located in the theme's "actions/*" directories.

Re: Where tray icon for copying files is stored?

Thank you for reply.

But this one you mentioned, 'stock_folder-copy', is one I want to be showing there in tray. This icon looks like this:

But by default panel is showing different one (it looks weird next to minimal tray indicators):

Re: Where tray icon for copying files is stored?

In the default Mint 17.3 install, the Mint-X icon theme is used and it uses the proper icon:

Are you using a different icon theme? If so, which one?

Re: Where tray icon for copying files is stored?

Even with MintX Grey I get the same result.

Have you made any changes to the icon themes? Is there anything in ~/.gtkrc-2.0?

Maybe also try creating another user account and logging in with that account to see what the behaviour is with a clean set of configuration files.

In ~/.gtkrc-2.0 there is only one short line: include ".gtkrc-xfce".

Can you post the contents of that file? It should be located in your home directory.

Can you try creating another user on your system and try with the new account? Lets see if this is a problem with your user account or in the whole system.

One more thing: are you running thunar as root through something like sudo/gksu/gksudo/pkexec?
