I've been looking for the following xfce theme for some time, and I recently got very really close to it.
Here is what I want to achieve:
It's completely borderless, look how the top window has a few pixels margin at the left and right.
And the transition from the window header to the window itself is very smooth.
This guy from screenshot topic seem to be using something very similar to it with a few exceptions:
His theme (TRIOS-dark xfce theme) has extra borders and extra (annoying) black pixel gaps between borders and actual window.
In .themerc file of TRIOS-dark theme I've found the following comment:
#Original theme by Manjaro artwork team; modified for TriOS, by Filip Danilovic <email@example.com>
Looks like there was some original theme on which TRIOS-dark was based (another comment states that it based on Greybird).
So, I have two options: either remove the borders myself somehow or find the original theme (and it's not Greybird, although it smooth enough).
I've tried to remove .xpm files but it didn't work (there are still black gaps here and there).
How can I achieve something that would most closely resemble the theming on the first picture?

Using the xfwm4 components of trios-dark-gtk-theme as your base, you would:
1. Delete the left*, right* and bottom* xpm files to remove the borders.
2. Edit the title* and top* xpm files to remove the grey border colours.
3. Edit each of the button xpm files to remove the grey border colours.
Here are my edited xfwm4 files in case you want to use them.
Thank you for your reply, it looks very close!
Here's my current version using your xfwm4 files:

The only thing missing now is a few pixels margin at the left and right of window top header.
It really make it look better and more unique in some way, imo.
I think I should be able to nail this detail by removing proper .xpm files...

If by margins you mean the overhang of the titlebar, try re-adding the left* and right* xpm files and change them so they only show a 2 pixel-wide transparent (none) value. See this set of files.
I've just checked format of .xpm files and it looks like it shouldn't be much troubles to modify them with pixel-precision.
It should be possible to get something nearly identical to original with some efforts (I'll try it on weekends).
Thanks for help!

Spend a few hours with pixel hunting, grepping and sedding into .xpm files.
Finally come up with something that now I'm perfectly happy with:

Here is the final archives, in case if anyone would be interested:
