Mint Sarah XFCE massive clementine Icon

Hi,
I recently installed XFCE Sarah and I'm really happy with the outcome.
One issue I have though. The panel icon of clementine is massive (and ugly ;-))
please see screenshot.

Can I change program specific icons?
where?

If you uninstall the "sni-qt" package, then clementine will use the notification tray and the icon will size properly. However, I'm not sure how this will affect other qt apps that you have installed (e.g. skype) that use the app indicator plugin,
