Full Screen Switch

Is there a way to switch between workspaces which are running full screen apps?

Re: Full Screen Switch

You mean, if there is a fullscreen app in Workspace1, can you move to Workspace2 but leave the app in fullscreen in Workspace1? For that, you can just use Ctrl+Alt+(Left/Right/Up/Down) to navigate.

Yes, exactly.  I'll give that a try.  Thanks.

Re: Full Screen Switch

Well I did that and it worked to switch workspaces.

However, my basic needs and what I hoped would happen did not work.  I wanted to record a workspace because a video was playing in it, but when I switched to another the recorder followed to the new one and stopped recording the old one.  I was afraid there would be a catch.

I need to find a way to record one desktop while using another.
